Forensic Psych Portland is a psychiatric private practice based in Oregon and Washington that provides services to the pacific northwest region of the United States. We are also available to provide consultations nation-wide.
We provide holistic care which is informed not just by a deep understanding of biology, but also by psychological, cultural, and spiritual factors. Our philosophy is to treat the individual as a whole – not just the disease.
As part of our forensic division, Dr. Sidhu is available to provide consultations and expert opinions to attorneys, courts, and institutions. These consultations may assist in addressing a variety of questions such as non-response to treatment, advanced psychopharmacology, and the interplay of mental health and the law.

Having worked in diverse clinical settings, Dr. Sidhu has extensive experience that enables him to provide psychiatric care to complex patients who have not responded well to previous treatments.
Dr. Sidhu uses a nonjudgmental, warm approach to help patients feel supported and understood. His care is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and family. He provides comprehensive and holistic care, focusing on the long-term mental well-being of patients. Our sliding scale is designed for our neighbours and families. No barriers, just healing.
Forensic Services
As part of our forensic services, Dr. Jaskirat Sidhu is available to provide consultations and expert opinions to attorneys, courts, and institutions. These consultations may assist in addressing a variety of questions in context of the interplay of mental health and the law. Dr. Sidhu is trained in forensic psychiatry and has experience testifying in courts.
We provide comprehensive forensic psychiatric evaluations led by Dr. Sidhu, a board-certified adult, child/adolescent, and forensic psychiatrist. With substantial clinical, academic, and courtroom experience, Dr. Sidhu offers objective, evidence-based expert opinions to support attorneys, courts, and families navigating complex legal matters.
